**IMPORTANT** Angel Face Designs automatically ships to your Paypal address - please make sure that it is the address you would like your jewelry shipped to. If you need it sent to an address other than what is listed in Paypal, please send us in email within 24 hours (angelfacedesigns AT gmail DOT com) indicating the preferred shipping address.
Typically you will receive your custom Angel Face Designs jewelry in 7 to 10 days. If you need an order rushed, it may be possible for an additional fee, as well I can do rush shipping for the additional USPS fee. Please email me {[email protected]} for details
{Refunds and Exchanges}
Exchanges on NON-custom items are happily made, however you will need to pay for shipping. Contact me within 2 days of receiving item and we'll make arrangements.

If no choice of font is given, you will receive "type", if no choice of chain length is given you will receive 18" {all ball chains are 18"} ::

:: As all orders are custom it may take up to two (2) weeks for you to receive your item. It usually won't take that long, but being the mom of a very busy, very active toddler I make the jewelry whenever I get a moment to myself! ::

Sterling silver does get rusty over time, but that can be quickly taken care of with polishing pads! Due to the unique oxidation process of your Angel Face Designs jewelry it is highly recommended that you *DO NOT* use any liquid jewelry cleaners, as it could potentially ruin the finish. All Angel Face Designs jewelry comes with a petite polishing pad, and additional polishing pads can be purchased through me {email me for details} or your local jewelry store.
