How long will it take to get my order?
I'm a busy mom to two little girls (3 years old, and a baby born March 3, 2010!) plus a wife to a firefighter, who is gone days at a time. I do my very best to get your creation made and sent out in a timely manner, but ask that you give me up to three weeks. Generally you will receive your order within a week, but up to three weeks is the "turnaround" time. At busier times of year, like November - January, and May you can expect the full three weeks turnaround.
But this is a last minute gift - can I pay extra to have it rushed?
Yep - $10 extra ensures that your creation will be made and shipped out the day you order. You can also upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
I don't have a PayPal account. Is there another way I can pay you?
Unfortunately at this time, PayPal is the only type of payment accepted at Angel Face Designs. PayPal is super easy to set up, and we encourage that you give it a try!
Why don't you ship Internationally?
I will if you ask nicely :) The reason I don't have International shipping as an option, is because it is SO hard to get the Post Office, fill out customs forms and then wait in (a usually very long) line with two little girls. But, if you live outside of the US and are in love with Angel Face Designs I'll do it for you ;)
